From Rt 1 in Saugus, take the Walnut St Exit east toward Lynn. Go about 2.5 miles to the third (3rd) traffic light which is at the intersection of Dungeon Ave. and Walnut St. Eastern R & R is a white building on the left side of Walnut Street at this intersection.
